For years I was deep in the back room of a mortgage company. I performed Post Closing and Investor Corrections . From my experiences I became well acquainted with the documentation and processes needed to create both good and bad mortgages.

Many people were financially devastated by processes and attitudes promoting changes in our mortgage systems prior to 2008. Further the volatility in today’s market is causing a great deal of trouble for current homeowners. Prior to 2008 I was working deep in mortgages and I witnessed how devastating 2008 was for homeowners and investors as well. At that time I vowed I would always strive to provide clarity and assist people interested in real estate by always providing “WIN/WIN” situations for them.
I have become extremely particular about who I do business with and that means that when you work with me you can be certain everyone involved in your particular deal is motivated by respect and professionalism.
